Role of Employee-related Factors for Employee Performance in Private Sector Banks of Sindh, Pakistan

The achievement of robust employee performance (EP) is a critical issue for every organization due to its significant contribution organizational success. This study aims examine the impact employee-related factors on EP at private banks in Sindh, Pakistan. researchers used quantitative methods obtain data from Sindh random using survey questionnaire. distributed or delivered 528 forms various branches Sindh's banks. researcher returned 318 valid surveys with 60% response rate. overall reliability questionnaire noticed as 0.853, while individual factor also appeared greater than 0.60. structural equation model (SEM) assess hypothesized paths by analysis moment structures (AMOS). findings suggest that factors, i.e. proactivity (PA), adaptability (AD), intrinsic motivation (IM), skills flexibility (SF), commitment (CMT) and skill level (SL) significantly positively affect EP. contributes HRM literature, particularly area assists management practitioners human resources development increasing performance.
